The Schröder Staircase is an amazing optical illusion. Created by Kokichi Sugihara, it won First Prize in the 'Best Illusions of the Year Contest 2020'.
You can download a free PDF file here - isc.meiji.ac.jp/~kokichis/contest/contest2020/3Dschroederstaircase.pdf - which when you print it out on a sheet of A4 paper, or even better very thin card, will allow you to create your own Schröder Staircase.
