This is probably the most natural and nutritious rice based dish ever created! Tommy's Seasoned Rice has over 25+ ingredients, including ice cream bean, jack fruit seed, thai livity plant, seasoned peppers, basil, marigold flowers, belimbi, grated coconut, garlic, onion, tomato, french thyme, basilico flower, pumpkin, papaya leaf....and rice and more😆.
The coolest thing is almost everything was grown on the property here in Westmoreland, Jamaica. The exotic fruit farm has over 200 varieties of fruits and plants to try, so definitely give Tommy a visit on his airbnb! This was filmed before the hurricane, but luckily 1 year later things are greening up nicely again.
