An exclusive remaster of “Season of the Witch” by Donovan. The recording was on Donovan’s third album “Sunshine Superman,” which was released in August 1966. The song, along with other tracks from the album, was on the forefront of the psychedelic music era. While some music reviewers at that time criticized Donovan for being a Bob Dylan copycat, Donovan was actually a few steps ahead of the Byrds, The Beatles, and the Yardbirds in creating popular experimental music.
