This is the original RKO opening and closing titles to the 1954 Disney cartoon Dragon Around, scanned from a 16mm IB Technicolor print. All the titles were remade, with the original title card refilmed, for the Buena Vista reissue we see today. The credits and everything else look basically the same, so why they did that is unclear. (The easiest way would have been to just replace the RKO logo at front, I guess.)
