The Boracay FTC 301 TC is a compact yet ideal touring tent; with large full height windows, a rear storage compartment and low-to-high ventilation make for a great camping experience.
Out in the Lake District for a few days holiday to take the opportunity to test this new tent and also have a short relaxing break from it all. Note that the tent was a press sample to review and return and I have not been paid for this video.
Note that his tent is also available in both a Polycotton as shown in my video or as a lighter weight Polyester version.
Three durable โ12 cm Air Poles are inflated individually for fast and simple set-up and take-down.
The benefit of the polycotton material is the reduction in condensation as well as regulating the interior temperature, ideal for both warm and cold weather camping trips.
Luggage or equipment can be stored easily in the generous rear storage area, accessed through the rear of the inner tent bedroom. The inner tent also uses dark materials to block out early morning sunlight for a good nightโs sleep.
Wet weather front brow over the entrance also provides sheltered access to the tent and prevents rain running in when you unzip and open the door.

Out trying my new backpacking tent the Nigor WickiUp 3 tent for backpacking and wild camping.
You cant beat some hill walking and wild camping in the Scottish mountains with the Cairngorms offering some rugged yet spectacular scenery at any time of year.
The weather forecast however was to be fairly stormy and wet so decided it would be the ideal opportunity to try out my new WickiUp 3 tent for the first time.
Also decided to try out an American MRE Ration Pack I had received as a gift from a friend just back from over the pond. Had been saving it for my next outing and was keen to see how good it was and what was actually contained inside.
Heavy rain and high winds made for a memorable but sleepless trip as I forgot to bring my earplugs. However the tent so far has performed great and I am looking forward to trying it out more over the rest of the year.
