I used to think that if I needed help, it meant I was failingâfailing at business, failing at life, failing at motherhood. Like I should be able to do it all on my own, like some kind of superhero.
Sound familiar?
But hereâs the truth: Weâre not meant to do this alone.
The other morning, after another long night without much sleep, I called my beautiful mama in tears. Without hesitation, she dropped everything, picked up organic groceries, made us a vegan shepherdâs pie, and drove nearly two hours just to be here. And you know what? I needed her here. I needed her love, her support, and her extra set of hands.
That same day, I saw a reel on Instagram about how raising children takes many hands. And in that moment, something clicked: I needed to allow myself to be supported. I had to let go of the idea that needing help was a weakness and start seeing it for what it really isâa necessity.
So let me ask you: Where do you need more support?
Is it at home? Can you ask your parents, in-laws, or friends for help? Can you hire someone to take some weight off your shouldersâmaybe a babysitter, a nanny, a cleaner? Can you get meals delivered? What do you need? Write it down and get it.
Is it in your business? Do you need a VA, a coach, or someone to do your graphic design?
Grab a journal or a fresh note on your phone and write down:
What do I need help with right now? (Be brutally honest, no filtering.)
Who or what could help me? (Think bigâpeople, services, investments.)
Whatâs ONE small step I can take today to receive that help? (It could be sending a text, booking a call, or simply admitting to yourself that you donât have to do it all alone.)
Because hereâs the thing: We are not supposed to do this alone. We are not supposed to struggle in silence. The more we allow ourselves to receive, the more energy we have to pour into the things that truly matterâour babies, our businesses, and ourselves.
Letâs get better at asking for support and receiving it.
Life is so much better when we do.
And if you want my support in your business DM me READY, my arms are open and ready for you babe.

[INSERT VIDEO DESCRIPTION]
The people you surround yourself with matter!
They shape everything⌠how you think, what you believe is possible, the energy you carry, the standards you set, and how big or small you allow yourself to play.
You become like them. So choose intentionally.
⨠Who are your business expanders â the ones who stretch your vision and push you outside your comfort zone in the best possible way?
⨠Your health expanders â who remind you to nourish, move, and honour your temple?
⨠Your relationship expanders â who model conscious union, love, and depth?
⨠Your parenting expanders â who are consciously parenting?
These people donât need to be physically in your life. They can be online, in books, on podcasts. But make no mistake: you are absorbing their energy.
And while youâre choosing who to lean into â
Be just as conscious of who you need to let go of.
đŤ The energy drainers.
đŤ The constant complainers.
đŤ The ones who dim your light, dismiss your dreams, or leave you second-guessing your worth.
Your next level requires healthy boundaries.
It asks for alignment.
It thrives in expansion.
đ Tag your expanders below â the ones who light you up and lead you forward. Letâs celebrate them.
Thank you @lisamessenger for being an expander and for always cheering me on babe đ You are so inspiring đ
