Smash Bros Has The Funniest Tournament Rule. Attendees must take a shower. Apparently the community protested against this. The legendary fighting game from Nintendo starring Pikachu, Nes, Link, Kirby, Mario, Donkey Kong, Fox, Captain Falcon, Ice Climbers, Cloud and Sephiroth, also boasts the most legendary smell. Referred to as the "Xanadu Stench", event venues began handing out deodorant / perfume in their goody bags, which I think is a good idea. Because at the end of the day, we are filthy gamers. We cannot be trusted to manage our own personal hygeine. Taking a shower means less time playing Smash. And if you're opponent used your shower time to lab and improve - you lose. They will outperform you by sheer volume of practise. And their stench will overpower you too. You double lose.
