In this build it is not possible to build the long tunnels in both directions everywhere without crossing each other. As I consider that not desirable, I decided to choose one direction within each layer containing these tunnels. Then in each bordering layer the direction reverses. Alternatives are possible, as shown in the first few seconds of the video. I don't know if this lattice works as a minimal surface.
