There aren't any charges yet. They appear to be sending this case to the Grand Jury to let them deal with bringing charges or not.
The Grandmother was suppose to drop the baby off at daycare on her way to work and she did not.
She forgot and did not realize what she did until the baby's dad went to go pick the baby up from daycare that day and she wasn't there. Had never been dropped off.
Do you think they should start having daycares call parents to double check why they haven't arrived yet?
Might help some to adopt as a business policy but I think that's about all that could do.
