DIY Macrame Tutorial: Continuous Lark’s Head/Cow Hitch Knots! Please see below for materials and written instructions.

Materials:
- 3mm 3 Ply Rope (Colour: Cappuccino and Cinnamon Red)

2mm-6mm Natural and Coloured Cotton String and 3 Ply Rope are available for purchase in my Etsy Shop: etsy.com/ca/shop/LotsofKnotsCanada

Hey guys! Today I am going to show you how to tie Lark’s Head and Cow Hitch knots with one end of your rope. This method is also useful to tie continuous Lark's Head/Cow Hitch knots around a ring. Let’s get started.

Lark’s Head Knot
Bring the end of your cord in front of the ring. Bring it behind the ring and then around the front. Bring the end under the ring and through the loop. You have now made one Lark’s Head knot using just one end of your rope. You are now able to use this method to make continuous Lark’s Head knots around your circle.

Cow Hitch Knot
Place your cord behind the ring. Bring the end of the cord in front of the ring, behind your cord, in front of the ring and then through the loop. You are now able to use this method to make continuous Cow Hitch knots around your circle.

Also I thought I’d mention for those that do not know already - if flip your Lark’s Head knot over you’ll see a Cow Hitch knot and vice versa.

Thanks for watching!
