Hey everyone!!
It's definitely been a while :P Hope you've all been doing great and are ready for Valentine's Day! I wanted to share a really simple but luxurious gift you could give to loved ones this year, (or maybe just pamper yourself with because you're amazing and you deserve it )
They're incredibly easy to use too, simply drop a cup worth of the salts into your bath and enjoy! So I hope you guys enjoy this video and please don't forget to comment any requests you may have

MEASUREMENTS
Lavender + Bay Bath Soak
1 cup epsom salt
1/2 coarse salt (dead sea salt is my personal favourite, but feel free to use one you prefer)
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp dried lavender buds
optional: handful of dried flowers of your choice
optional: few drops of your favourite essential oil
PINK SALT + ROSE
1 cup epsom salt
1/2 pink himalayan salt
1-2 tbsp dried rose petals
5-10 drops rose essential oil
DIRECTIONS: mix all dry ingredients and store in a closed container. When time to use, simply pour the bath salt mixture under running water when preparing a bath. Final step is to relax and enjoy! :)
