Hi everyone! With the holidays coming up I wanted to share my favourite recipe for roasted blueberry cupcakes. I discovered this recipe on BeanTown Baker's blog a while back and after the first try I was hooked! I hope you guys like this recipe as much as I do. It's really perfect for the fall time. :)

MEASUREMENTS

2 cups blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp sea salt
2-3 tbsp milk

*Bake at 350 F degrees

Frosting
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup cream cheese
1/4 to 1/2 cup powdered sugar
