Further development of my mini-horse antenna for 10m. This Mk2 version is built out of stiff bamboo garden canes using a kitchen chopping board centre piece. The parts for this build are less than £10 and it is much simpler to build than my original version. This compact design gives 1:1 SWR for 1MHz bandwidth! The profile remains flat, so I intend on leaving this built and stored along the side of the house where it won't take up any space. It's easy to install on a mast for an evening or weekend of 10m sporadic E activity.
