This tutorial is to replace a broken trigger or a trigger unit that has worn down sears.

Also, the power plant can be replaced with a new factory plunger assembly or a hot rod super spring!
⚠️Sometimes, the anchor - particularly on the Red Ryder - gets stuck in the slot even if spring is compressed. Use small jaw lockers to grip and pull it, sideways, while spring is compressed.⚠️

I have made the case that a MUCH LOVED Daisy 880 (broken in rifling and trigger sears) can get a same day fix with parts from a store bought Daisy 35.
A store bought Buck can do the same thing. Replacement plunger assembly and trigger assembly. They are identical to a Red Ryder!
Wal-Mart had the best deal. The Buck in this video was $20 and out the door! Now, because of inflation, they are closer to $30. Still a decent deal; same day fix for Red Ryder with HISTORY and sentimental value!
