After 21 days in jail on trumped-up charges, which included provably false statements, the DA did the right thing and dismissed the case. This video provides some of the false statements used to arrest Direct D. We need assistance in order to obtain witnesses and information for the resulting legal action that will follow. Some of you smeared his name with defamatory statements, and some may have assisted in the providing of the false information used to not only incarcerate him, but to force him to bail money. While I am not licensed in Arizona, I may appear pro hac vice in assisting Direct D with his litigation. I have appeared in Arizona in federal court on the same basis to win an infringement case against.
