Learn about the magical Japanese Wagyu beef Manhattan that was created by our Bulgarian server at Crane's Spanish Kaiseki in Washington, DC. She explains how she created this cocktail first in Bulgarian for our Bulgarian guests and then in English for the rest of us.

We had just completed a fundraising workshop for our friends with BCNL, the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law. We had a special treat in store for them when we had dinner at Crane's. Alice had eaten there a few weeks earlier and truly enjoyed the staff, the food and the overall experience. She decided to change her reservation plans so we could bring our Bulgarian and Turkish friends here. As an added bonus the Somalia is Turkish and our server is Bulgarian.

We had a wonderful and evening with our new friends!
