On National Philanthropy Day the Association of Fundraising Professionals Northern Arizona Chapter honors Dr. and Mrs. John and Lili La Tourette as Outstanding Philanthropists for 2013. Tina Blake of the West Yavapai Guidance Center nominated the La Tourettes and delivers their introduction.
