Request Playthrough | Part 32: Agent Alpha
Difficulty: Balanced (Normal)
We helped Apollomon, Dianamon and even Junomon. Now only one remains: Aegiomon.
Before that, we do more battles in the Coliseum. It means fighting against Titamon + SkullBaluchimon. He ain't that hard. Afterwards, we meet with Junomon. She tells us that we need to stop Chronomon before the Shinjuku Inferno transpires. What follows is us hearing Aegiomon. Turns out he has gone back in time over and over again hoping to save Inori but everytime he tries, it ends in failure. Complete failure.
We return back to where it all began. We get sent flying only to be rescued by Birdramon. It's then he ends up in the light and the truth is finally revealed. Turns out Agent Dan isn't human. He was created by a higher being named Homeostasis. He challenged Chronomon who threatens all existence. His role was to eliminate anyone that upset the natural order. He used Aegiomon as a basis for his creation. One of them, actually. Due to constant time travel, Aegiomon was spotted across many timelines. Everything was prepared to fulfill his mission, including the Operator. He was ordered to maintain the world's balance. It was also the dark shadow's wish as well. Aegiomon's wish was to reunite Izuno with her brother and did it by being her brother. It's kind of why everyone mistakes Aegiomon for Dan. Chronomon created Aegiomon and Aegiomon created the Dark Shadows. One of them was the basis for Dan. So now we have a job to do. To change the future and fix all this.
Dan confronts Aegiomon. He knows the truth and what he had done. We're here to help him. To help him move forward. That's all he needs and it's then Dan and Aegiomon fuse together. As this happens, Sirenmon emerges and becomes Ceresmon. With everyone gathered, The Final Light emerges. Jupitermon. The Olympos XII have gathered with one objective: to take down Chronomon. What follows is a battle against the weapon. Plus Apollomon and Dianamon become GraveNovamon. It's all we need to fight the Giant Slayer. Just keep attacking. That's it.
After the fight, Jupitermon separate. But they end up finding Inori and free her. Sadly however, everything around the world is now distorted. So now we got to hurry for the final battle over the natural order is about to begin. They also confront the evil Cherubimon. Turns out that it's Chronomon using this form. Made worse is that it then possesses the Giant Slayer. Aegiomon vows to be there for Inori while trying to fix this world. So now we got to move. We find Plutomon but we got to head to the In-Between Theater.
We meet with King Drasil, Homeros and Kunlun. They tell us we can now travel to any point in time. We'll need to in order to complete the remaining side-quests and there are a lot. We also get access to four Ultimate Battles. We'll take care of those in the post game. Much of our time is then spent in the arena. Once that's taken care of, we'll have much to do.
We'll take care of that in Part 33.
