Diablo 4 is in a surprisingly strong place after the launch of Lord of Hatred, with retention holding unusually well almost a month after release. But with the Season 14 PTR and Sanctuary Sitdown coming up, this is where Blizzard needs to prove the momentum can continue.
In this video, we’re going over the biggest fixes Diablo 4 still needs before Season 14, including visual clarity, Nemesis Lair portals, War Plans progression, stash space, obols, loot filters, Mythic Seals, unique items, Echoing Hatred, Infernal Hordes, Horadric Cube quality-of-life improvements, and more.
We’ll also talk about what this means for the future of Diablo 4, when Diablo 5 could realistically arrive, and why there’s still plenty of room for more Diablo 4 expansions in the meantime.
