This disease used to be called “Old Age Diabetes,” but nowadays 30-year-olds, 20-year-olds and even teens are getting diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
In this video, Dr. Afshan Zahedi of the Scarborough Health Network talks about how we can reverse the ever-lowering age of onset so that we can once again call it an “Old Age” disease.
