Skill 1 does hit harder with this setup, but the trade off in damage from other skills is noticeable.

Granted, this is not to say that Jack with 108&skill 1 power is completely unviable and should be deleted for PP. Having perfect artifact is only a slight boost and for the most part not worth the hair loss.
