Anyways, there is quite a difference between using Locke in recent chaos, vs using Deuce.
Locke had a good kit, his EX+ gave him +80% ATK and his own unique stat buffs adds up to like 200%+ ATK/mBRV, he hits hard and has decent utility, it was just that he seldom had the environment to shine previously.
Deuce on the other hand, probably received one of the worst EX+s. Her stats are terrible and she didn't get any stat up passives (30k mbrv in synergy is very bad); both skills are either useless or hit like a wet noodle; and her aura aren't even that good to justify such an overall weak kit.
I think she outright need another rework/new EX+ to be usable.
Star of the show here are ultimecia and aerith, obviously. Though even Ultimecia is starting to show her age a bit where her longevity is becoming a limiting factor.
