In this Sewer Zombies Game Jam DevLog I take (another) little diversion from the main game. This video covers our progress during the first 11 days of a three week Game Jam run by the wonderful Messy Coder.
You'll see some similarities with Sewer Zombies - and some differences. Dungeon Architect is there, but I'm trying out a different theme and this game is third person with swords, rather than first person with guns. I'm thinking of using the third person controller for my AIs in Sewer Zombies so this was a good try-ouy. You'll recognize many of the enemies and we also built a companion system and an item pickup system, the learnings from which I will bring in.
So sit back and checkout our first weeks efforts.
