"For the night track, I wanted to incorporate a microtonal theme because I've been having a lot of fun experimenting with different tuning systems, and I thought it'd be a fun way to end the album. I always think of 5:00 a.m. as like a disorienting half awake time, where you feel almost spiritually in tune with yourself, so I wanted to make a tune that represented that sort of fugue state." Parallel Horizons is an all-original 24 track instrumental album inspired by the 24-hour archetype established in Animal Crossing. Each track represents an hour of the day, starting with 6:00 AM.
