This album focuses on dark, ambient, and down-tempo variations of the House genre. It focuses on not only depression, as in the emotional state, but also on the sense of keeping things down-tempo and slow. I'm beginning to add some 'chillstep' elements into this genre of mine.
This piece is the chime of the ferryman coming to lay you to rest. Or something. It begins in Dm and has a brief, jarring thematic change in Gm. It has bells.
