Graphically it looks like one of the Famicom games programmed in basic, but I don't think it's in basic. In this soundless game you have to reach the flag with your ball and you have to use bombs to destroy bricks in case of dead end. Don't abuse with bombs, otherwise you cannot go even further. You have to reach the flag before timer runs out.
