This game has no name (and it is even almost soundless) and you're Mario that must climb the ladders to reach next floor while avoiding Nita-nitas.
Record is of 126 pts, but it's impossible to beat (unless you use save states), since most of the times, a Nita-nita can kill you all of a sudden.
This is a video for @MB25015. He uploaded a game by the same gameplay of this, but for the Sord M5 computer. I told him there's a Family Basic game by the same gameplay of that one, he was curious to see it and since it is an obscure Family Basic game without any video about it before this one, here it is my shortplay in order to let him know it LOL
