Just like most Family Basic games, this is one of those that has both an English title and a Japanese one. The Japanese version title of this game literally means “master of D.I.Y.”.
In this game you control a hammer which task is to hammer in the nails on the wall. One loop is made of three levels. The first level has just one wallnail, the second one has two and the third one has three. Then, you move on the next loop, so back to one nail again. Each time you complete a loop, nails become a few centimeters longer.
You gain extra seconds everytime you complete a level.
If you don’t aim the nail well with your hammer, you destroy parts of the wall (as well as you can destroy parts of roof and floor) and if the hammer goes out of screen, you lose several seconds. Game is over once the time is up.
It’s a really fun Family Basic game that I recommend you to try! I’ve never seen an akin game to this one, the developer Kenji Hoshimoto had a really nice and original idea!
Even playability is okay, since movements are smoother than other Family Basic games I played. Sometimes, aiming the nails could be fairly troublesome, but this is the good part of the game that doesn’t let this game be boring to play.
