After some preparation I head into world 1-3 in order to save Ostrava one last time and also free a couple of new NPC's. With Biorr's help defeating the Penetrator I decide to head into 1-4 far enough to finish up Ostrava's quest and receive the mausoleum key and also take out the Blue Dragon so that I won't have to run by his fire when I come back here in the last stage of the game.
