I start the Challenge Mode playthrough with RNG incremented 64 times, which is accomplished by calling for a random captain on the Exhibition Game menu four times. If you soft reset your console and do what this video does, you will get the same Bowser Jr. movement and encounter every time- finding this seed did not take long and it's tough to imagine that there's a better one out there.

I would say this category is *mostly* solved.
