This soothing ambient sleep track features a hint of light rain (Nature's Embrace) combined with low delta wave isochronic tones. The screen fades to black at the 2-minute mark. It is part of my Deep Dive Fall Asleep Fast isochronic tones series.
This can also help you fall back to sleep if you wake up during the night.

How does it work?
In addition to the relaxing sleep music soundtrack, this track contains isochronic tones and amplitude modulation effects applied directly to the music. Amplitude modulation involves distorting the sound to produce vibrations, which vibrate in unison with the frequency of the brainwave entrainment session. These vibrations can sound hypnotic and relaxing, making them very effective and ideal for a sleep track like this one.
The isochronic tones start at 10Hz in Alpha but quickly dive to 4Hz in Delta by the 2-minute mark, where they work their way down to 0.25Hz in sub-Delta.
The pitch of the isochronic tones also ramps downwards, as does the volume of both the tones and the music track. The overall effect is extremely soothing and relaxing, helping you slow down your mind, thoughts, and breathing.
How loud should the volume be?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. Not so quiet that you can hardly hear it, but also not so loud it becomes too distracting.
Headphones are NOT Required
About My Process
I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session.
The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
