Deathstroke is a major DC villain yet he was squandered by the DCEU, but the character will be honored in the forthcoming Teen Titans movie. Over the course of the DCEU's fifteen films, a number of characters were positioned to play significant roles.
Yet some of them were not given the chance to realize their full potential before the DCEU came to an end. For example, the Joker was never given the opportunity to be a regular DCEU villain, he only made appearances in Zack Snyder's Justice League and Suicide Squad.
Similarly, both versions of Justice League hinted at the team's impending conflict with Darkseid, but the series came to a conclusion before they could interact.

Catwoman played by Zoe Kravitz would be a great lead for The Batmans second spinoff, since Selina Kyles story was set up in The Batmans ending.
After Batman beats the Riddler, Catwoman tries to get him to leave Gotham with her and go upstate, Bludhaven maybe.
She tells him that together they can knock off some CEO hedge fund types. Batman says no, so Catwoman gets on her motorbike and drives off.
