This shows my completed (mostly) DC40B transciever, receiving on the 40m band. This is a kit which used to be sold by Doug Hendricks @ http://qrpkits.com. Due to an assembly mistake, it actually sat on my shelf for quite some time, and I only recently got it working. I found that I needed to add extra capacitance to the Colpitts oscillator to get it to start reliably, but other than that, it seemed to work pretty well. I just need to install the final power transistor, and I should be able to put this on the air.
