These days in my life in Barbados have been restful and rejuvenating. I have been prioritising having self discipline and creating a routine for myself which has lead to me feeling the calmest and clearest I have in a while. I've been feelings so many things lately but rather than getting consumed by my feelings, I'm just noticing them and letting them pass over me like a wave. Learning to practice feeling things like this has helped me so much with anxiety and loneliness. It all passes! I've been soaking up my solitude here in Barbados and it has been sweet and a welcome respite after busy London. I’ll see you back in the city in my next video x
