Spend an intentional and balanced week living alone with me on a greek island. Life has felt so sweet and surreal lately. I've been leaning into all the quiet beauty that surrounds me on this island, Kythira and every day I find a new pocket of magic. I hope this video carries some of that magic so that you can soak your hands in the well I've been sourcing my inspiration from. My little self discipline and self care habits have been fuelling my days with love and making me feel so so centered and at peace. These rituals such as having a calm morning routine, journaling, spending time in nature, enjoying my solitude and cooking myself nourishing meals fill me with a sense of home and belonging that comes with me wherever I go.
