Welcome to Day 22 of our morning yoga challenge! I'm going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being ATTUNE. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like circular cat/cow, exalted warrior and pigeon pose
