***Ingredients***

Chicken Drumsticks
**For the Brine**
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Chilli powder
Salt tt

**For the Batter**
1 Cup AP Flour
1 Cup Corn Flour/Starch
1 tbsp Ginger powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Chilli flakes
1 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp Chicken Seasoning
1 tsp Salt or tt
1 litre Cold water
Oil to Fry
