We all know fresh tomatoes do not have a place in our shito, at best tomato puree but today I will show you how you can use fresh tomatoes and other vegetables to make shito. There is no fish or meat so it's completely vegan. I hope you enjoy this lovely recipe.

Onions
Red and green bell pepper
Ginger
Garlic
Chillies
Shito spices
Oil to fry
