Winnipeg, September 29, 2017 - Speaking at the Revolutions conference at the University of Manitoba, David Barkin, a professor at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana in Mexico City, discusses the process of social transformation commonly known as "the revolution" that is unfolding in Latin America. Revolutions, A Conference, was held Sept. 29 to Oct. 1, 2017 by the Geopolitical Economy Research Group (GERG) at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada.
