After reading the comments from my previous test run video and putting some of the ideas to use, I've started a new run using an Assassin style character. The first part is long, but it takes me from the beginning all the way through New Londo Ruins, the top levels of Blighttown and then finally down into Quelaag's Lair. I'm making videos as I complete content, so I'm always up for some more requests if it's feasible.
Specific rules are listed within the video.
Note: Youtube has been messing with my Gamma after uploading videos so if it's out of whack I can adjust it after it finishes uploading. I've been recording with higher brightness so that the game isn't so dark, but youtube is making it even brighter, causing it to look washed out sometimes.
For instructions on how to convert the Tiny Being's Ring into the Calamity ring, follow the instructions in this video:

When he shows what numbers to search for and change, use these instead:
Search for 00206F00000001 and replace 6F with 96.
If you're wearing the ring while you change it, the icon won't update until you remove it and re-equip. Shut down your game afterwards to ensure its saved, then you're good to go. If you're not doing this on a brand new character, I suggest you back up your save first in case you screw it up.
