Demon's Souls was the last game I tried using a shield in properly as it just didn't fit my playstyle from playing other action games like Devil May Cry and Shinobi. Using one now though makes it easy to see why so many meta builds use them (albeit it's usually just the Black Knight Shield). I also forgot how many parry kings you run into in 1v1 arena duels, oh well Pontiff's or Arena my sword will be in their back.
19:45 Couldnβt believe I ran into KHKnight and Sol_Glacies back to back in random arena matchmaking, I just canβt tell if this game hates or likes me sometimes.
