Pretty sloppy start but managed to take them out pretty quick here. This fight is really annoying.. Getting them to split up is pretty random. They always stick together and there's just not enough space here.. It's not a well designed dual boss fight.
I find running away rarely works, you just have to hope the Defender gives you some openings to attack the Watcher. Sometimes he'll just jump away if you rush in so being aggressive can work, you just have to be really careful not to get comboed to death.
