Don't stand too close to Artorias.. He has an instant backflip counterattack if you try attacking him more than once in the back.
Most of his other attacks aren't too bad except the triple flip attack.. Which he can combo his instant counterattack into, instantly killing you because you attacked him during his opening. If you lightroll hard to the side you can avoid it but there's no escaping once you get hit.. Artorias and Manus can just combo you to death out of nowhere. They are two of the only bosses in the series with true combos.. which is good because it was bullshit.
I also love how this game randomly drops your inputs. This is the 2nd fight in a row my running attack just didn't work. It just stops sprinting when your holding the button sometimes.
