Welcome back! Today we’re looking at the Dark Shores series by @ebnovels Elliot Brooks, an Epic Political Fantasy!

These two books are about three mighty kingdoms and their courts of nobles, all scheming for power, fighting for the top spot with complex conspiracies. There’s manipulations and machinations. There’s still epic magic, and dragons, and big fantasy action scenes that feature quite prominently too. But the main plot is about the political intrigue.
Many of you will already know Elliot from her eight years of Booktube work. She’s incredibly smart, very genuine, and has a wealth of knowledge about books. (And she owns Luna Bear, literally the greatest dog in the world!) But today we’re just discussing her books. So she gets no special treatment! This is still going to be a fair and objective review, looking at how these two books work on their own merits.
