Examining a pair of fake "fast" USB phone chargers. They don't comply with safety regulations, they can cause an electric shock or electromagnetic interference (EMI). The fast charging function (9V, 12V) is non-existent, in reality they can only supply 5V. One has a fake built-in voltmeter.
