1982 Tesla BM556 analog oscilloscope repair continues. Now I've fixed the brightness control problem. It was caused by bad capacitors in the high voltage switching power supply, which also produces the CRT heater voltage. Now the heater voltage is stable, no more fluctuations. Measuring and explaining the ESR of electrolytic capacitors and the leakage current. In the next episode, I have to fix the bad synchronisation.
