Yet another pair of "quick" USB phone chargers. They can't supply the current and power they claim, they can't switch their output voltage to 9V or 12V. They're 5V only, so they're not actually Quick Charge QC 3.0 chargers. One has a fake digital LED voltmeter that keeps showing 5.2V all the time. They don't comply with safety regulations - they can cause an electric shock, fire or electromagnetic interference (EMI).
