Here is a tutorial for how to play the Dancing Bear, written by Bob McQuillen! This is a great dancing tune! I hope this fiddle tutorial helps you learn the tune! =)

This tune was written by Bob McQuillen in 1978. He was a pianist from New Hampshire. At the top of the music for this tune, he wrote this:
"I have a wonderful friend who is a Bear named Oso and this tune is for him because he likes it. Barry Nielson likes it too, and so its for him, too, with love from Mac."
This is a great tune to learn! It's quite repetitive, which helps with remembering the tune. Contra Dancers love when this tune is played! It's a really danceable tune!
