🧘♀️ Face Yoga for Natural Glow & Facial Relaxation ✨
🌸 Our face goes through a lot every day. We smile, worry, laugh, think, talk, and sometimes hold a lot of tension without even knowing it.
Just like we move our body to feel better, we can also give some love and movement to our face. 💛
Gentle face yoga and massage can help us relax the muscles of the face, jaw, and neck and bring more awareness to how we are holding tension. 🌿
💫 In this special Face Yoga session, Radhika ji takes you through gentle facial massage, face exercises, neck stretches, and yoga asanas. The practice helps you slow down, relax, and reconnect with your face and body. 🧘♀️

Things to remember :
1. 🌱 Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. 👕 Wear loose cotton clothes while practicing. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry-fit clothing while practicing yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. 💛 Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. 🪞 If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow you to self-correct.
5. 🌸 Most importantly, practice with awareness. Yoga is not about forcing the body into a posture - it is about becoming more aware of your body, breath, mind, and inner energy.
As you practice, notice where you are holding tension. Maybe it is in your jaw, forehead, eyes, or neck. Take a slow breath and allow yourself to soften. 🌿
And when the practice is over, take a moment to look at yourself with kindness. Smile at yourself. Notice your eyes, your smile, your face - and appreciate yourself just as you are. 💛
🌿 Relax your face.
🧘♀️ Release tension.
✨ And give yourself a few minutes of love every day.
