(2022)—Biology professor and cartoonist Jay Hosler deftly combines scientific information with stories and characters that entertain and engage readers. Join Hosler and moderator Craig Fischer for a passionate discussion about why educational comics should offer stories first, and not just dispassionate recitations of fact, and how Hosler’s love of narrative shapes both his graphic novels and his university teaching.
